Our Services

Sonoma Family Counseling is a group of therapists and counselors that combine areas of expertise to help individuals and families to resolve their problems and move toward a more fulfilling life.

We support our clients of all ages with individual sessions that are coping with depression or anxiety that may need assistance to learn more successful ways to cope on a daily basis.

We support, educate, and coach parents to successfully navigate through various stages of child and teen development. Parents will learn specific , positive techniques to use that can result in a more satisfactory outcome for both parent and child.

With years of school counseling experience, our counselors are experienced working collaboratively with families, children and staff at all levels of schooling to help students achieve a more positive school experience, both socially and academically.

Couples often find relationship stressors that can be positively addressed to create a more loving environment in their homes. Communication skills are enhanced to allow couples to resolve their differences in a positive manner.

We offer insightful life coaching sessions to maximize our clients adaptation to different life stage developments. This includes career guidance through the use of testing and interest surveys to help our clients find more fulfilling employment.
